Terms of service

1. Who we are. pingpong-fun.com is operated by 1386839 B.C. LTD. ("Ping Pong Fun", "we", "us"). Contact: customers.ppfun@gmail.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we do, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment. Prices include standard shipping to Canada and the United States. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Import duties and fees, if any, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Products. We describe our products and show photos as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging or design may change slightly without affecting performance.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds. Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. All sales are final except as set out in our Refund policy, which also covers damaged, defective and wrong items and our robot warranty.

6. Safe use. Table tennis robots are training equipment with moving parts. Follow the included instructions, supervise children, and keep fingers and loose items away from the ball wheels.

7. Reviews and messages. If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to use it on our site and social media. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.

8. Our content. The text, photos, videos and logo on this site belong to us or their respective owners. Do not copy them without permission.

9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in Quebec or elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
