Shipping policy

Free shipping across North America. Standard shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States.

Processing. We process orders the same day they are placed. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times. Balls and accessories: about 1 to 2 weeks. Robots: about 3 weeks; because of high demand, some robots can take up to 30 days. These are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Multiple packages. An order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking.

Duties and taxes. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout will not be replaced or refunded.

Lost or damaged in transit. If the carrier confirms your parcel was lost, or your order arrives damaged, email customers.ppfun@gmail.com and we will make it right. See our refund policy for details.
